Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process your request, please provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos or videos of the product

  • Photos of the packaging (if applicable)

Once verified, we will offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we currently do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect product selection by the customer

  • Minor variations in color, appearance, or packaging

  • Orders refused at the time of delivery

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only applicable in the following situations:

  • Product received damaged during transit

  • Incorrect item delivered

  • Product received in unusable condition

  • Order lost in transit and confirmed by the courier partner

Refund Process

Once your refund request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • The amount will be credited to the original payment method

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For COD orders approved for a refund, the refund amount will be transferred to the customer's bank account after verification.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
